Updates to enrolment classification in the Catalogue system.

Configure and manage the enrolment description within the catalogue application to align with your organisation’s use.

The Enrolment type is used to determine if a catalogue product can be enrolled into immediately by a learner or whether an approval is required to access the product. By default, the following two classifications are available:

  • Free
  • Requires Approval

In this release, a new section has been introduced within the Catalogue product in the configuration settings, which allows you to modify the enrolment description to align to your organisation’s usage. The updated classification will be visible in the following areas:

  • Within the catalogue application against the Enrolment Requirement drop-down when adding or editing a category or product; and
  • On the portal when viewing or filtering products in the training catalogue.
