Training statuses
Version 9A range of training statuses are used in Learning Management in order to track the progress of training delivered to users. Under LearnForce configuration, you can now track the system statuses used within LearnForce Learning Management and create a variety of custom statuses to assign to your users training records.
System Statuses
The system statuses section lists the statuses assigned to online and external training that is assigned and delivered to users in LearnForce.
Custom Statuses
Custom statuses can be created to allow for the assignment of custom statuses to online training assigned to users in LearnForce. Custom statuses allow you to uniquely track different statuses for each course, and to report on the different training statuses.
To create a new status, click on the add custom status button. A window will appear to create the custom status and enter a description for the status.
Each custom status created can be deleted, disabled and modified.
