Available under learning management against enrolled learning activities, Site Administrators can now run bulk operations against a learning activity at the group and role level. As part of this release, you can:

• Search for an enrolled Learning Activity (LA) or an assignable Learning Activity with a unit name/ ID, or an objective name/ ID; and
• Perform bulk action such as:
  • Set complete: marks any incomplete objectives for accounts at a group and role level as completed.
  • Reset: resets any started or completed objectives assigned to accounts within the group and role.
  • Set deadline: sets a deadline against any incomplete objectives assigned to accounts within the group and role.
  • Remove deadline: removes the deadlines against the objectives assigned to accounts within the group and role.
  • Set auto-reset: sets any complete objectives assigned to accounts within the group and role to have the corresponding auto-reset date.
  • Remove auto-reset: removes any auto-reset dates on the selected objectives assigned to accounts within the group and role.
  • Toggle filters: modifies the filters for objectives that are assigned to users in the group and role, either switching them on or off.
