New Knowledge Base Provider
Update introduced into our knowledge base provider
Knowledge base helps to create, curate, share and manage information about our products in an organised way. We are excited to share that we have partnered with Elevio to be our new knowledge base provider. This collaboration will allow us an improved integration with the Learning portal platform along with simplified design.
In terms of functionality there is no change and you should automatically be redirected to the new knowledge base link, this applies to any bookmarked links that you may have.
Please note that the redirect for the old bookmarked links will be available until end of January 2020 thereby it is advised to update any bookmarks that you may have to the new path links. For instance, for the below link:
Existing link redirect will not be available once its turned off instead new link will be new path to the article.
