Introducing the Best of Both Worlds: Hybrid CBS Sessions!

Trying to choose between creating an Online or Face to Face session? Well, now you can have both! CBS now supports Hybrid sessions, bringing location details and online links together in one perfectly balanced experience.

Sometimes, you want efficiency and flexibility. Enter our new CBS Hybrid Training Format. This new feature lets you put together sessions that are both Online and Face to Face.

Previously, CBS Administrators and Trainers who wanted to create a combined session had to either divide the training into two sessions or pick a side: Online or Face to Face. That limitation is officially retired. Our latest release lets you create and manage sessions as Hybrid (Online & Face to Face), giving learners, trainers, and administrators the full picture, upfront, and without compromise.

This update ensures that when Hybrid is selected, all relevant and required Online and Face to Face details are visible and consistently displayed across the CBS Portals for Admins, Trainers, and Students, as well as in reports, and emails. One format, zero guesswork.

CBS Admin & CBS Trainer – New Training Session Format

CBS now supports three Format of training session options that CBS Admins and Trainers can use when creating or updating a session. They are:

  1. Online
  2. Face to Face
  3. Hybrid (Online & Face to Face) – new

When you select Hybrid, the CBS displays all related fields and uses the requirements and rules from both formats. No workarounds needed.

CBS Admin & CBS Trainer – Edit Session

  • Both Face to Face (Location details) and Online (Online details) sections are visible.
  • All fields that are required for Online or Face to Face sessions remain required for Hybrid.
  • One session. One form. Full transparency.
