The How to behave at the Christmas Party course is designed for all workers attending an organisation’s end-of-year party. It provides training on the definition of the workplace and how behaviour at work events can still be subject to the usual workplace rules and regulations.

This short 10-minute course is presented with an opening Christmas poem summarising the key learning takeaway. It then runs through several scenarios that could happen at an event like this and highlights how these events are work-related, so the usual workplace rules apply.

The course also encourages people to have a good time and acknowledges the year of work that has been done. In addition, it suggests that the event is a good opportunity to network and get to know people they may not work closely with on a day-to-day basis.
