Introducing the Download Activities Report option, LAB’s new data collection feature. When selected, it exports a CSV about every LAB course on your platform.

This CSV is full of information, and it contains the following:

Access Restrictions

To keep your information safe, access to this new feature is limited to your Site and Activity Builder administrators.
 

Report columns

When you generate the report, the system pulls information from your LAB courses and uses select fields as column headers in the resulting CSV file. Those fields/columns are:

Types of courses included in the report

You can gain a true representation of your LAB courses, as the report includes both current and archived courses. The report's Status column reflects the varying stages of course creation:

• Live
• Live + Unpublished Changes
• In Development
• Archived
   

Where to find it

The Download Activities Report option is on your LAB Dashboard. To find it:

• Look for the new Actions menu on your LAB Dashboard.
• It sits alongside the existing Status, Enrolment, and Type filters.
• Inside, you'll find the Download Activities Report option.

File naming

Our naming standard makes it easy to identify when the CSV file was created and from what site. This is especially handy if you're managing reports across multiple sites. Each downloaded file uses this clear, consistent naming format:
