Easily add direct reports to the Roles tab of an account.

Allow your Direct Managers to browse their accounts with ease.

Site and Learning Management administrators can now easily add direct reports to an account by using the + Add direct report button.

When a user is added as a Direct Manager, they can access the Learning Management system.

When they open Learning Management, they can browse their assigned accounts. This gives them vision over their accounts (the ones that they are a Direct Manager of) and enables them to follow up on any outstanding compliance issues.

To accommodate this change, a Direct Manager needed to be given the ability to browse their linked accounts. As this is controlled in Configuration via Roles & Permissions, the Direct Manager role has been added here:

  • Configuration > Site Settings > Access & Security > Roles & Permissions > Learning Management > Browse > Direct Manager role.

This browse permission helps give your Direct Managers better vision over their direct reports.
