Direct Managers
Version 9Tracking the direct manager for each user in Learning Management is now possible with the new direct manager role. Available on the roles tab for each account, here you can assign and manage the direct manager for that account.
Some of the features and benefits of the direct manager role in Learning Management are:
- You can assign an existing user as direct manager for each account created in Learning Management.
- The accounts the user is a direct manager of will be displayed on the roles tab. Each account is hyperlinked so you can navigate to the account to manage their records.
- Direct managers for each account can be reported on through the user training report under LearnForce Reporting.
- Direct managers can be set and modified through the LearnForce Account Management integration API
- The direct manager can receive notifications for their staff for notifications setup with training automation.
