It’s completely unique, as it shows the unique behaviour and needs of our learners on our products. We use it to analyse and improve, and to keep an eye on trends and learner behaviour.
We’ll produce a new ‘Data Analytics Report’ regularly (we did two this year as we were experimenting with the new format). This report will give you access to an overview of our product and show you how we’re evaluating and analysing our courses for continuous improvement. It may prompt ideas for analysis you’d like that’s more tailored to your needs, which we can then consider undertaking depending on availability. We hope you enjoy the quickfire update.

Learner engagement
This shows who our customers are, how many learners we have in each industry, and on which courses. This is a useful insight into who’s engaging with which of our products. It helps us to tailor communications and consider future course developments.
Course performance
This shows feedback from our learners and how they are performing in the assessments. We analyse learner feedback every month and respond to written feedback as well as looking at the ratings.
This is useful for course improvements and helps us to have a unique perspective on ‘what works’ in our courses.
Trends
This shows what devices and browsers are our learners using. This helps us keep across trends in elearning and is unique to us so gives us insights into how our customers like to engage with our products.
