The Consolidated Training Report version 2.0 available in LearnForce Reporting enables you to report on all training undertaken by your users, be it online, external and classroom training, and view the results using a graphical dashboard based on account, groups and training summaries.

New features available with the updated Consolidated Training Report are:

• The report contains a new report category ‘Training Summary’ under step 1, which enables you to view and export a statistical summary for training delivered in LearnForce. This report type also includes a graphical representation of the training summary in the HTML export.

• The course selection in step 3 has been updated to make it easier to select the type of training you need to report on. 

• When selecting classroom training, you can now select the training session linked to each course.  One or multiple sessions can be selected, and a text search is available in the drop down to help easily locate the classroom training to be reported on.  

• When selecting external training course, you can now select the course linked to each provider. One or multiple external training can be selected, and a text search is available in the drop down to help easily locate the training to be reported on.    

• For each summary report type, an Expired/Due statistic has been introduced. This statistic summarises the users who have exceeded their deadline date or are past due for refresher training.   

• When reporting on a list of users report type, additional provider columns have been introduced. This allows you to report on the location and contact details for each training provider linked to training to be reported on. 

• An important new feature in the report is the account, group and training summary reports present an interactive graphical dashboard in the HTML export. The graphical summary displays two graphs.
  • The first graph displays individual pie charts that outline the percentage of users who are not started, in progress, expired or completed the training types reported on.  Hovering over the sections in the pie graph will display the percentage of users for that status.This graph will help you to visualise which training has all users completed, and those which are still in progress.

• The second graph displays a stacked column graph which presents the total count of users who are completed, in progress, not started and expired for all training selected.  Each stack in the column represents a different training type, and hovering over the training will display the total count of users. This graph will help you to visualise across all training selected the total users who have completed their training and those who have not.  

• In addition to the chart summaries, the tabular statistics for the training summaries is also available under the tabular output tab.  This allows you to switch between the graphical summary and more detailed table summary for the training you are reporting on.
