Company culture refers to the working environment created by an organisation, and the relationship that employees will have with the organisation as a result.

2020 has been quite the year, and just like the rest of the world, MicroLearn have adjusted their approach to better support their clients as we navigate this New Normal. As such, they’ve focused on updating and adapting a further 15+ courses in the library this quarter to ensure their content remains relevant and up to date for our learners, in light of the changing workplace. They've also created 1 brand new course, focusing on the importance and value of Company Culture, joining the Management & Leadership suite.

This module will explore the different kinds of company culture, considering how the workplace environment can play a pivotal role in the success of organisations. It will also detail how best to create, develop and transform company culture to suit the changing needs of the business.

This course covers:

  1. Learn more about your organisation’s company culture.
  2. Examine how your organisation’s structure, values and processes influence the culture.
  3. Consider how your role might allow you to positively influence your company culture.
