In release 9.11.0, a new page called Assignable Learning Activities was introduced in Configuration which gave Site Administrators an overview of all assignable learning activities allocated to their site. In this release, assignable learning activities has been updated to allow you to manage the list of learning activities that can be assigned in your site, and this update includes the following new features:

Removing a learning activities from your site

Removing learning activities from site will remove the learning activity from being assignable by all users within the site, including a site administrator.  The learning activity is still be assigned and reportable for existing, but can no longer be assigned for further use by any user. 

Remove assignment rights for a learning activity

Removing assignment rights will remove the ability for all administrators who have assignment rights for this learning activity. But a site administrator will still be able to assign the learning activity, or give another user assignment rights.   This feature avoids the need to go through all groups and accounts to revoke assignment rights, and centrally allows assignment rights to be removed.
