Kineo’s popular Bullying and Harassment courses have been updated with a contemporary refresh. The courses now feature:
- Updated visuals with a real-world focus on diversity
- Homepage containing course-specific information and improved navigation
- Updated Adaptics functionality – Kineo's pre-assessment technology, now with section-by-section quizzes.
Updated content for Victorian organisations
For organisations based in Victoria, the Managers and Supervisors version of Bullying and Harassment now has content on the new Industrial Manslaughter legislation. While this change requires no additional duties, penalties are now increased and may include imprisonment or fines up to $16.5 million.
