Crank the music up and get ready to celebrate. Because we're bringing you a way to customise your contextualised courses on the Cloud licensing page.

Our new change gives you the ability to update your contextualisation requirements in multiple locations – meaning that, this feature is still available in the Learning Management System. As of this release, your Site and Learning Cloud administrators can now also access this feature via:

• Configuration > Site Settings > Cloud Licensing

For your separate Learning Cloud Groups, the course licenses can be contextualised with different settings. For example:

• Anti Money Laundering for Group AU – can be contextualised for Australian users only.
• Anti Money Laundering for Group NZ – can be contextualised for New Zealand users only.

Contextualised courses can then be configured in Cloud Licensing by going to the ellipsis (three little dots) and selecting the Contextualise option. 

This opens the Configure Contextualisation box which allows you to configure the contextualisation option(s) for that course.
