Anti-Money Laundering
This course has been expanded to cover the compliance requirements not only for Australia, but also to include New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
There are different anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism regulatory environments depending on which region you work in.
This product has been updated to include content relevant to a wider APAC market. We have also added a home page to allow the learner to directly personalise the experience.
We have added ‘smarts’ to the course, so that a learner selects the country most relevant to them. These ‘smarts’ then place the relevant content as the primary material to the learner. The learner can explore the other content should they also wish to learn about additional jurisdictional requirements.
This product has been converted into Responsive format. We recommend that clients update to the new units for an improved learner experience. Changes have also been made to pre-assessment questions and/or references to legislation that only affect some sections and learning outcomes. We therefore recommend that clients update to the new units and use Adaptics to determine which sections of the training learners need to review.
This course provides an understanding of:
- the potential harm caused by money laundering and terrorism financing
- how to identify money laundering and terrorism financing
- anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) regulatory requirements
- the key components of an AML/CFT programme, and
- reporting obligations under the AML/CFT legislation and how to meet them.
