Alcohol and Other Drugs in the Workplace
We have converted our course on Alcohol and Other Drugs in the Workplace into our new Responsive format and made the content to also be applicable to those in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
This course has been developed to give learners an awareness of the dangers presented by alcohol and other drugs and the impact these can have in the workplace.
This course will provide an understanding of:
- what alcohol and other drugs are
- what happens to the human body when using alcohol or other drugs
- the impact of alcohol and drug use throughout society and the workplace
- reasons why people use alcohol and drugs, and
- how to remain safe and fulfil your legal responsibilities concerning drugs and alcohol at work.
Reasons and benefits of the update: This product has been expanded to be applicable to New Zealand and the United Kingdom, as opposed to just Australia in the previous audience.
This course features some great illustration, animation and activities. This product has also been updated with the addition of a customised new ‘home page’ feature. This new element of the Kineo Courses offering provides a dashboard style entry point into the module.
No changes have been applied to the learning outcomes or the pre-assessment. However, we recommend that clients update to the new unit for an improved learner experience.
The course features:
- Adaptics - Kineo's 'smart technology'
- Mobile responsive
- professional audio
- animation and interactivity
- WCAG 2.0 accessibility
- assessments, and
- a certificate of completion.
New Unit Number – 11456
