In release 9.3.0, a new report ‘Training Summary’ was introduced as part of Consolidated Training Report V2 which allowed the reporting on all training delivered across LearnForce including an interactive representation of the information.  

This release introduces updates to the Training Summary Report, including:

Interactive graphs

The graphs in the training summary report are interactive. Each segment in the pie chart or column graphs can be selected. By selecting a segment, a csv will be downloaded listing the users who align to the segment. For example, when you select the segment – Online Training Not Started from the pie chart, a csv file will be downloaded listing all users who have not started their online training. The csv will contain information about the account and the course which has not started.  

Hierarchy filtering of classroom training

In the previous report, the training selection drop down under step 3 listed the sessions for each course. To select all sessions for a course, the user was required to check each individual session. As part of this release the training selection drop down filter under step 2 has been updated to display the sessions in a hierarchy under their course.

By default, all the sessions within the course will be auto selected making it quick and simple to report on all the sessions at once within the selected course. Additionally, and where required an individual session(s) an be selected to allow the specific training to be reported on.

Search included in the training filter

The training filter in step 2 has been updated to include a text search. It is now easier to search for the training you need to report on. Searching is possible by entering the training ID or training name.

Standalone report

The training summary report has been removed from the consolidated training report v2, and is now a standalone report under LearnForce Reporting.
