If you guessed reporting, you were right! Our reports now include a contextualisation option that allows you to export contextualisation information.

You’ve been upskilled from a dress-up detective searching for contextualisation clues to a hard-hitting journalist hot on the trail of a great story. Our latest change lets you put on your reporter’s hat and start generating contextualisation news!

To help you on your new career journey, we’ve added a Contextualisation State option to the following reports:

  • Account Data Report
  • Completed Training Report
  • Historic Training Report
  • User Training Report
  • Consolidated Training Report
  • Learner Feedback Report

Where is the Contextualisation State option?

The following reports include the Contextualisation State option in Step 3 of the report under the Training Module (Objective) and Historic Objective columns:

  • Account Data Report
  • Completed Training Report
  • Historic Training Report
  • User Training Report
NOTE: You need to select either Training Modules (Objectives) or Both in Step 2 of the report for the Contextualisation State option to appear in the Training Module (Objective) and Historic Objective columns.

In the Consolidated Training report, the Contextualisation State option appears in Step 4 under the Training column.

NOTE: You need to select List of Records in Step 1 of the report for the Contextualisation State option to appear in the Training column.

In the Learner Feedback report, you can find the Contextualisation State option within the Select Fields section.

When you include the Contextualisation State in your report, the output will include a column that contains contextualisation information in a Type: Option(s) format, for example:

  • Industry: Healthcare
  • Location: New Zealand, Australia
  • Role: Manager; Location: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore
