Classroom Booking System – Downloadable attendance form
Track student attendance for each classroom training session by downloading the session attendance form
Trainers often require an attendance list to capture attendee details and signatures. The new attendance form in the Classroom Booking System allows trainers and administrators to download a PDF printable attendance form for each training session.
The attendance form contains the following:
- Course and session details
- Session time and duration
- Session location information
- Enrolled students and their enrolment status
- Sections in the form to capture student notes and signatures.
Once the training session has completed and student attendance captured, the attendance form can then be scanned and uploaded against each session to maintain all attendance records in LearnForce.
