Changes to product configuration settings.

Self-service

A range of changes have been introduced to the configuration settings, to simplify how you manage which products and features to use.

In this release, updates have been introduced to the configuration settings for site administrators to easily set up and manage the applications available within the learning portal platform.

The updates include the following:

  • Products section has been updated to include ‘Batch Tool’ and ‘Resources Management’. If these products are switched on for your site, you will now see them here.
  • Portal dashboard toggle, which allows learners to view their dashboard has been moved to within the existing Portal-General settings
  • Portal high contrast toggle, which enables learners to switch to high contrast, has been removed and is now included as part of the accessibility features option already in Portal-General settings.
  • Available under access & security, site domains option has been added for you to view and configure the site domain settings. It enables you to add up to five domains to your portal using the kineoportal domain and use your corporate domain name with the learning portal, for example, training.mycompany.com
