LearnForce sends various email notifications to end users for events such as account creation, training deadline dates, SitePass expiries and workflow changes and many more.
The LearnForce branding configuration has been extended to include the branding in the email notifications. The new self-service portal is required to access this feature, which allows you to select plain text or branded notifications. Branded notifications include a logo, header and primary colours and links to your portal and help and support page.
